Yes, it is 100% Formaldehyde free. The odor will dissipate over time, but to speed up the process you can leave it outside.

Watch HereThe bottom of your wedgie might feel slick due to the natural and recycled rubber. But it will go away overtime. To speed up the process you can wipe the bottom with an alcohol wipe.
Travel Wedgiez Tutorial
Watch HereEvery pair of Squat Wedgiez comes with two pieces of grip tape. You will peel the white piece of paper off the back of the grip tape and stick one piece of tape in the middle of each wedge. Watch the video above for a visual demonstration.
Press the silicone grip back into its groove and apply pressure to hold it into place. If it still doesn't stay in place, please email erik@squatwedgiez.com.

The grip tape is optional, but it can be placed on the top of your wedgie to improve grip.
Versa Tib Bar 4.0 Tutorial
Watch HereThe extra foam pads are there if you need more support for the top of your feet. First, remove the thinner pads from the top bar. Next, replace them with the thicker foam pads.
To remove the pads from the top bar, pull and twist at the same time. If you still can't remove it, please contact us for further instruction.
