I’ve got an issue either my anterior tibialis in one leg and my posterior tibialis in the other leg. The versa tri bar empowers me to address both issues with exercises provided by my PT…who said the bar would be more effective than the traditional way the exercises are done with bands.

A great tool that every facility needs! Almost everyone squats better with a heel wedge.
Love the adjustable wedgie but few things should be noted , heavy shipment , only adjustable if you buy 2 , if you are looking portable and light. This is not the one to buy or if you are unsure and want to return for height .
However a great piece to add to my home gym for leg day .

Really wish it had the same angles as tbe original with 7 degrees, 13 degrees, and then a total of 20 degrees.
They make my belt squat and barbel squat ssssoooo much more comfortable I regret I didn’t buy them before !
I really like the Duo Squat Wedgie. The Duo wedgie's are a great addition to my home gym. I have various slant boards and an adjustable squat board, and I find the Duo Wedgies a very good product. They are sturdy and allow me to adjust each wedge independant of the other, while still allow various squats and Knee over toes exercises. I very happy with the purchase and the product.
I'm extremely please with the item. Would recommend the purchase to other training enthusiasts.
Might I suggest the company give a lead time to customers when getting Pre-order purchases.
This is a good product. Pros - Robust/Good materials. Cons - Very Bulky/Size is little bigger-so not very comfortable to carry

Liking this product so far. It seems really well made . One thing I hope they come out with is a carrying case because the grip tape can be very abrasive on say car seats, etc. Otherwise great stuff!
I own the original Wedgie and that is a great tool, and now getting the newest version is incredible. Part of my daily routine and can be used in a multitude of ways.
