I have been squatting with a 'wedge' for a few years now but sometimes they're too narrow. These are great because I can adjust how wide I want my feet. They're not the travel wedgiez but they're lightweight and I take them to the studio with me. They're versatile and I use them for a variety of exercises.

I had a previous wedge/squat set that was a 2 piece set - 1 for each foot. Which makes it hard to ensure you're straight on each one. This wedge solves that problem. Much improved design. And I love the name! 😂
This squat block is the best! I have a knee problem and squatting normally causes flare ups for me so I need to do modified squats. I've tried similar products with two blocks which make it awkward to use, so they throw off my form and cause knee pain. This block is one solid step which makes it easy to use and ensures that my form is right. No more flare ups for me!
I ordered this because I have difficulty getting down low in a squat. This wedge is a nice width for squats. I use this barefoot and it has great grip, I never feel unstable or like I will slip off of it. It's made of a stiff foam, like a yoga block that is sturdy and stuff but not hard on your feet. This has been a great addition to my workout gear and I highly recommend it
Amazing product, I work in a sports medicine physical therapy facility and these slant boards have been a great addition to our gym setting. I utilize them every day with our clients/patients. Great durability, and I really enjoy the adjustable wedge with the multiple angles. Would highly recommend this product!

The Squat Wedgiez Adjustable Rubber Slant Board is the most stable, easiest to use and versatile slant board available. I've tried other slant boards but they were too flimsy and cheaply made. This thing is solid, will last a lifetime and has helped my knee pain from the every first use. Their customer service is top notch also. I’ve been using Erik’s Train Heroic program for close to three years now. I travel quite a bit for work and find it extremely helpful to be able to defer to the app, no matter where I am, to consistently get a full body workout in.
I love that the workouts use both traditional and nontraditional exercises. Not only do I look better than I ever have before, but I also feel stronger and more energetic all around.
Not 100% sure what they are for But they are nice and comfortable to kneel on. Firm enough to not deform under my 225 lbs but has enough give to not hurt my knees. Id say they are built well good material
I am glad I decided to purchase this one. It was much cheaper than other ones I looked at, but it is very sturdy and does exactly what it's supposed to.
This squat board is good for at home workouts. Some of the workout videos I watch require the use of a product like this. In the past, I have just gone without and squatted while standing on my toes. It was very inefficient to say the least. I'm so glad I got one of these squat boards. It lets you add a different amount of stretch to your squat routine. It's well-made and seems durable.
